The Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-headquartered homebuilder caters to affluent first-time, move-up, active-adult, and second-homebuyers. Toll Brothers' traditional build-to-order strategy has shifted in recent years to a greater mix of speculative, or "quick move-in" homes.
