It operates through two Business Groups: Industrial Brakes (IB) and Industrial Actuators and Controls (IAC). It has three segments Automotive Core, Automotive E, and Industrial in which the majority of its revenue comes from Industrial. It has a geographic presence in Asia, The Americas, Germany, Other European countries, and Other countries. The majority of the revenue comes from Germany.
