Complaints
If you as a client or a prospective client of Saxo Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. (the “Bank”) have raised a question or an issue with Bank for instance with your account manager or another employee of Bank without receiving a satisfactory answer you may file a complaint with the Bank.
If our responses do not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may, if you are already a client, submit a formal complaint via the trading platform, and, if you are not a client, you may file a formal complaint via the online form.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may file a complaint directly with the Swiss Complaint Board of Banking Services:
