Corporate account FAQs

When you open your corporate account, you are placed into a tier based on your initial funding amount (within 30 days).

After your first 3 months of trading, you’ll automatically be moved to the tier that matches your point volume.

As long as you have a corporate bank account and you provide clear copies of all required documents, corporate accounts will generally be approved in about 1 week

You’ll need to provide legible copies of the following corporate documents:

  1. Memorandum and Articles of Association
  2. Certificate of Incorporation
  3. Proof of the company’s business address if different from its registered address
(Acceptable document examples: company bank statement or utility bill less than 3 months old and issued in the company’s name.)
  4. Latest financial statement
  5. Group structure diagram
(Only for entities within complex group structures.)

For each beneficial owner with a 25% or greater company holding and for each company director, we will also need clear copies of the following:

  1. Passport
(Include both the photo and signature pages, ensuring the full document is visible.)
  2. Proof of residency
(A utility bill less than 3 months old that clearly displays the date, applicant’s name, and address matching the application address.)
