Saxo Group
Saxo Group
The most bought and sold stocks and ETFs last week.
Micron remained the most traded share on the platform for a second week in a row as investors grappled with huge price swings in the wake of its earnings update, with a two-for-one buy/sell ratio.
SpaceX dropped further down the list of most traded shares last week as the stock stabilised some more after its volatile start to life as a public company. SPCX ranked the fourth most traded stock in a holiday-shortened week, attracting 76% net buys.
Sandwiched between these two names were Nvidia and Microsoft, which both attracted positive buy/sell ratios.
Clients were net sellers of other Mag7 and megacap names however – Amazon, Tesla, Palantir and Intel all seeing more sells than buys.
Among our UK-listed shares clients were buyers of BP and Roll-Royce and net sellers of easyJet ahead of its takeover by Castlelake.
