SpaceX remained far and away the most popular stock to trade among Saxo UK retail investors last week. While the stock started to come under pressure towards the end of the week we nevertheless saw a 70% buy/sell ratio, indicating investors were still net buyers of the stock. More on SpaceX here.
The next most traded stock was Micron, with clients turning net sellers on the AI name ahead of its earnings this week.
Familiar Mag7 names Microsoft and Nvidia remained popular, while we saw the likes of RocketLab turn more popular amid the SpaceX IPO buzz.
Among UK-listed shares Rolls-Royce was comfortably the most popular name.
Diversification remained a positive story for investors as they continued to be buyers of a range of equity ETFs, with the space theme represented by a strong showing for the VanEck Space Innovators ETF.
