Joint Account Form for 2 clients: For two or three people to create a joint account.
Change of contact details form
Individual application form: Please contact your Account Manager if you would like to introduce individuals to Saxo for standard trading accounts.
Power of Attorney - Full: This document allows a client to transfer full Power of Attorney to their Introducing Broker or a third party. This includes the authority to transfer funds on behalf of the client.
Power of Attorney - Limited: This document allows a client to transfer limited Power of Attorney to their Introducing Broker or a third party. This does not include the authority to transfer funds on behalf of the client.
Power of Attorney – Full – Joint account: This document allows clients with a joint account to transfer limited Power of Attorney to their Introducing Broker or a third party. This includes the authority to transfer funds on behalf of the client.
Power of Attorney – Limited – Joint account: This document allows clients with a joint account to transfer limited Power of Attorney to their Introducing Broker or a third party. This does not include the authority to transfer funds on behalf of the client.
Power of Attorney – Money Manager: This document allows a client to transfer full Power of Attorney to their Money Manager on a discretionary basis.
Authorisation to Disclose Account Information: This document allows a client to give their Introducing Broker view-only access to their account.
Corporate Application Form: For a company to create an account.
Initial list of documents to be provided with this application form:
- Memorandum & Article of Association;
- Certificate of Incorporation;
- Latest Financial Statements;
- Group Structure diagram (for entity within a complex group structure only)
It may be necessary for us to request further documentation and information in order to complete the due diligence process. The form must be signed by at least two directors unless the company has a sole director.
Trust Application Form For a trust to open an account. To be completed for a client to request a sub-account.
Investment Wrapper Application Form: For an individual applying for a SIPP account.
SASS Application form: For a company to open an account for their Small Self-Administered Scheme.
Fund Withdrawal form: To be signed according to the IB’s signatory rules (if you have full POA) or the client.
ISA Transfer form: To be completed by the client to transfer their existing ISA elsewhere to Saxo.
Bulk Security Transfer form: To be completed when requesting a securities transfer for a stock not listed on the platform.
IB Forms
Authorised dealers form: Complete this spreadsheet and accompanying signature page to create separate platform logins for your traders and send to support@accountservices.saxo.
Authorised Contacts: Complete this spreadsheet and accompanying signature page detailing any employees who will be contacting Saxo who are not authorised dealers and send to support@accountservices.saxo.
Back office login form: Complete this spreadsheet and accompanying signature page to create logins to the back office reporting tools, and send to support@accountservices.saxo.
