Saxo Unfiltered: The Election

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Saxo Unfiltered: The Election – Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) organized by Saxo Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. (“Saxo”).
2. By registering for the Saxo Unfiltered: The Election event taking place on 3 October 2024 at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach (the “Event”), and/or taking part in the Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Saxo in relation to and in connection with the Lucky Draw.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, you must:
   1. be an invitee of Saxo to the Event;
   2. successfully registered for the Event with receipt of a confirmation email and an accompanying QR code;
   3. attend the Event; and
   4. register your attendance by scanning the QR code at the registration booth(s) (collectively, the “Eligible Participants”).
4. Eligible Participants shall be entitled to one (1) chance to participate in the Lucky Draw.
5. There will be three (3) Lucky Draw winners. No Eligible Participants shall be entitled to win more than one (1) prize from the Lucky Draw.
6. Employees, representatives and agents of Saxo or its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations are not eligible to participate in the Draws.

The Prizes

7. The Lucky Draw will take place during the Event.
8. The Lucky Draw comprises of three (3) separate draws for the following three (3) prizes (the “Prize Vouchers”):
   1. One (1) voucher for a night stay at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach Deluxe Room (breakfasts for two included)
   2. One (1) voucher for a night stay at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach Deluxe Room (breakfasts for two included)
   3. One (1) voucher for a night stay at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach Suite Room with club access (breakfasts for two included)
9. The Prize Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the Event.
10. The use of the Prize Vouchers (including rooms and/or reservation dates availabilities) are subject to JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach terms and conditions.
11. Prize Vouchers winners shall collect the Prize Vouchers during the Event.
12. Prize Vouchers winners shall be responsible for any tax, incidental cost and/or any other charges incurred in relation to the use of the Prize Vouchers.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saxo expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prize Vouchers.
14. Saxo reserves the right to draw (or not draw) reserve-winners for the Draws to replace any winner(s).
15. Prize Vouchers are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly.

General

16. Saxo reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Lucky Draw, including eligibility and the applicable criteria. Saxo determination of all matters relating to this Lucky Draw shall be final and conclusive.
17. Saxo reserves the right, and has sole and absolute discretion, to prohibit any Eligible Participants from participating in any aspect of the Lucky Draw in the event that Saxo determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that any Terms and Conditions have not been complied with, including but not limited to the following:
    1. where the Eligible Participant(s) has acted fraudulently or dishonestly;
    2. where the Eligible Participant(s) has conducted himself/herself in bad faith or otherwise in an inappropriate manner to gain an unfair advantage against Saxo; and/or
    3. where the Eligible Participant(s) has acted in a manner which is generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Lucky Draw.
18. If any Eligible Participant(s) is discovered to be ineligible for and/or prohibited from participating in the Lucky Draw for any reason, Saxo is entitled to at any time (i) terminate the Lucky Draw in such cases; and/or (ii) where Prize Vouchers have been awarded, reclaim and/or deduct the relevant prize(s) from the Eligible Participant(s). In such an event, no person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Saxo.
19. Saxo shall not assume any liability for any loss incurred or suffered by any person in connection with the Lucky Draw, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
21. Saxo reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice:
    1. Terminate or withdraw this Lucky Draw at Saxo’s sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice or reason; and/or
    2. vary, modify, add or delete any of the terms of the Lucky Draw.
22. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
