Some products on our platforms are traded on margin and losses can exceed deposits. Please ensure you understand the risks.
Trust Account Application
To apply for a Trust Account please download the application form below and return to us at PrivateSalesUK@saxomarkets.com with the required documentation.

Trading US Securities
Before you are able to trade US securities you are required to provide a fully completed “US – Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner Declaration Form (W – 8BEN)”.
Please note that the functionality to trade US securities will be restricted on your platform until the completed form is received by Saxo Capital Markets.

Please provide us with a clear copy of ALL of the following documents:
- Memorandum & Article of Association
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Proof of the company’s business address if different to the company’s registered address (e.g. a company bank statement or utility bill that is less than 3 months old and issued in the company's own name)
- Latest Financial Statement
- Group Structure diagram (for entity within a complex group structure only)
Proof of Identity
Please also provide us with clear copies of both of the following for each director and any beneficial owner with a 25% or greater holding in the company:
Proof of ID - Passport - Please include both the photo and signature page and ensure the full document is in view.
Proof of Residency - Utility bill. Documents must be less than 3 months old and clearly display the date, applicant's name and address which must match the address on the application form.
