It focuses on modern Class A logistics real estate in high-growth and high-barrier-to-entry markets that are undersupplied and have low penetration rates. The company has three operating segments, based on geographic regions, consisting of Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica. The company generates the majority of its revenue from the Costa Rica geographical segment.
