OVS SpA is a clothing group for men, women, and children, and is also active in underwear, beachwear, beauty, and home decor markets. With a network of several stores in Italy and abroad, the majority of which carry the OVS, Upim, and Goldenpoint brands, the Group also offers products from its other brands, including PIOMBO, OVS Kids, Blukids, Stefanel, Les Copains, Shaka, and CROFF. It operates on a vertically integrated retail model and manufactures its products through a network of external suppliers. The Group's operating segments are: OVS, UPIM, and Other Businesses.
