Financial Market Outlook – Headwinds and Tailwinds in 2020

2020 has started off with a runaway bull rally in almost every stock in the world. As we enter the 12th year of expansion in the global economy, there is a unique set of circumstances this time around. There is a significant set of headwinds in the form of the Coronovirus outbreak, trade tensions that are still unresolved and the US Presidential elections. On the other hand, tailwinds could keep pushing the markets further into expansion. Brexit has finally been achieved, US jobs numbers keep on surprising and the ultra-low interest rates have fueled appreciation in every asset class.

Join Eleanor Creagh, our Markets Strategist as she provides her insights on Saxo’s main trading views and themes in 2020.
