This robust product pipeline is supported by company's in-house capabilities, including current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) manufacturing and a clinical operations platform. The company's antibody candidates are botensilimab (a proprietary next-generation Fc-engineered CTLA-4 antibody, also known as AGEN1811) and balstilimab (a PD-1 antibody).
