Documentation Guidelines

LOW (+Credit Card)

Government ID 

Containing your name, unique personal ID number, photograph and signature. This could be one of the following documents:

• Passport
• Driver's License
• National Identity card

The document must be:

• Current and valid
• Issued by an official government authority

Residency documentation

Containing your permanent residential address (your name, address, city, and country of residence). Residency documentation cannot be the same as the Government ID, in total 2 different documents are required. This could be one of the following:

• Tax statement or Bank statement (issued within the last 6 months)
• Government issued insurance or medical card
  
• National identity card
  
• Utility bill (electricity, gas, home internet, landline phone, issued within the last 6 months). It must show a service which is physically provided to the residential address
  
• Address Confirmation/Statement from the local Mayor office/Municipality no older than 6 month

MEDIUM (+Credit Card)

Government ID

Containing your name, unique personal ID number, photograph and signature. This could be one of the following documents:

• Passport
• Driver's License
• National Identity card

Residency documentation

Containing your permanent residential address (your name, address, city, and country of residence). Residency documentation cannot be the same as the Government ID, in total 2 different documents are required. This could be one of the following:

• Tax statement (issued within the last 6 months)
• Government issued insurance or medical card
• National identity card
• Address Confirmation/Statement from the local Mayor office/Municipality no older than 6 month

Government ID and Residency documentation must be: 

• Current and valid
• Issued by an official government authority

Government ID 

Containing your name, unique personal ID number, photograph and signature. Please note 2 forms of identification are required. This could be one of the following documents: 

• Passport
• Driver's License
• National Identity card 

Residency documentation 

Containing your permanent residential address (your name, address, city, and country of residence). Residency documentation cannot be the same as the Government ID, in total 3 different documents are required (2 IDs and 1 residency docAddresument). This could be one of the following: 

• Tax statement (issued within the last 6 months)
• Government issued insurance or medical card
• National identity card.  
• Government ID and Residency documentation must be:
• Current and valid
• Issued by an official government authority

If the government issued documents listed above do not exist within your country of residence, please provide one of the following documents:

• Rental agreement in your name
• Employment letter (issued within the last 6 months)
• Bank statement issued by a government or state recognized entity (issued within the last 6 months)
• Utility statement issued by a government or state recognized entity (issued within the last 6 months)

MEDIUM-HIGH

Government ID

Containing your name, unique personal ID number, photograph and signature. This could be one of the following documents:

• Passport
• Driver's License
• National Identity card

Residency documentation

Containing your permanent residential address (your name, address, city, and country of residence). Residency documentation cannot be the same as the Government ID, in total 2 different documents are required. This could be one of the following:

• Tax statement (issued within the last 6 months)
• Government issued insurance or medical card
• National identity card

Government ID and Residency documentation must be:

• Current and valid
• Issued by an official government authority
• A certified copy of the original. Types of authorities that can certify these documents: Embassy Personnel, Notary Public, Certified Accountant, Practicing Lawyer (registered with National Bar Association or Legal 500), Saxo Bank employee (physical presence), Licensed Financial Institutions (banks) domiciled in the country where the applicant/client is resident. Certification itself must not be older than 6 month, issuing and certifying authorities must not be the same.
