How to reset a password
If your client has forgotten their password, please send them the following link:
Here the client can enter their email address and an automated email will be sent to them. This asks the client to set his/her own password, which will replace the old one. Note that it has to be the email that is connected to his/her account.
If this should not work for any reason, please ask the client to call on +44 20 7151 2100.
